As part of our continuous efforts to maintain compliance with evolving app store policies (please see our earlier communication), we would like to inform you about additional support concerning the migration of the Planon AppSuite app.
As the Planon AppSuite app approaches its End of Life on August 1, 2025, it will be removed from the Google Play Store as enforced by Google, and full support will end on that date. From that date onward, it will no longer be possible to (re)install the Planon AppSuite app through the regular Google Play Store. Full support for the Apple App Store version of the Planon AppSuite app will also end on August 1, 2025. This is due to app update restrictions by Apple.
We understand that there may be legitimate reasons why you or your users still need to use the Planon AppSuite app beyond August 1, 2025. Whether due to open test findings, ongoing projects, technical dependencies, or operational requirements, we recognize these circumstances. For that reason, we want to provide a temporary pathway to support your continuity, offering alternative app installation channels and our best-effort support in relation to the restrictions implemented by the Google and Apple stores. Together, we will work towards the successful migration to the new PMFS Live on the Planon App, aiming to complete this by or at the latest on December 31, 2025.
