Customer Budgets: At this moment, for each delivered service, a separate invoice is sent to your customers. To improve this process we have introduced customer budgets.
Planon Mobile Field Service: A new version of the PMFS app is available, which replaces the current app your engineers are working with.
- Configurable UI: you can easily tailor the mobile application to your workflow
- The UX is optimized for smartphone and tablet
- Offline is supported: Field workers can download all workorder information before starting the job
- It’s always ready: this version of the mobile application integrates software updates so that workers have the functionality they should have when they need it.
- Push notifications: Technicians Receive real-time job updates for quick response time
- QR Code Support: Technicians will have access to equipment user manuals, warranty documents, and any other information stored at the QR address
Customer Engagement App: Easily manage demand & supply with the new bookings module
